Dubai, UAE

Dubai's biggest events,
delivered to every guest.

From a DIFC boardroom summit to a Dubai World Trade Centre exhibition to a five-star hotel wedding, Eventiere gives every guest a personal photo gallery from one selfie. It runs on the same AI photo distribution platform covering events across the wider UAE. Guests become your event's loudest advocates: they announce they're coming with an I'm attending card, then share their photos with your branding and your sponsors on them.

Dubai's event calendar

Boardroom summits,
exhibition halls and one big race.

Dubai's event scene runs on two tracks. The financial centre, DIFC, and the wider business district fill a year-round calendar of leadership summits, banking events and investor conferences. Dubai World Trade Centre and the emirate's other exhibition halls carry the trade shows and large-scale activations that draw crowds from across the region. Every January or February, the Standard Chartered Dubai Marathon brings up to 30,000 runners onto the city's streets as a World Athletics Gold Label race, one of the biggest single-day participation events anywhere in the Gulf. Eventiere covers all three: a guest at a private boardroom dinner, an exhibition floor with thousands of visitors, and a runner crossing the finish line all find their own photos the same way, with one selfie.

Weddings in Dubai

Beachfront ceremonies
to grand ballroom receptions.

Dubai weddings often run across more than one function: a henna night, the ceremony itself, and a reception, sometimes at different venues on different days. Guests move between beachfront resort gardens, desert venues and five-star hotel ballrooms, and a wedding photographer can end up with thousands of images across all of them. Eventiere sorts every one of those photos into a personal gallery per guest, so nobody scrolls through a shared album looking for themselves, and the getting-ready and family-portrait photos can sit in a private album the couple chooses who sees. For the mechanics of how a wedding gallery is set up, see weddings on Eventiere.

Corporate events in Dubai

From leadership summits
to product launches.

Corporate events in Dubai bring together senior executives, government representatives and international delegates who expect a polished experience at every stage, including how they receive their own photos afterwards. Financial-sector conferences, product launch events and exhibition stands at the World Trade Centre all run through the same gallery: guests find themselves with one selfie, and the event's sponsors and branding travel with every photo shared afterwards. For the general mechanics, see corporate events on Eventiere.

Agencies and photographers

One account for every
Dubai client you shoot.

A photographer or event agency working across Dubai rarely has just one client. Add each event under one account, invite a photographer to add albums and upload photos on a shoot with their own sign-in, and hand a client manager the rest of the workspace without giving them the billing or the account settings. Each event still keeps its own branding, its own guest list and its own privacy rules, so a wedding client and a corporate client never share a gallery even when the same team is shooting both.

How it works

Three steps,
whatever kind of Dubai event this is.

Step 01

Upload the event's photos

Your photographer or your own team uploads photos to Eventiere, whether that's a wedding album, a conference gallery or thousands of race-day shots.

Step 02

AI matches every guest

Face recognition finds every guest, delegate or runner across every photo, even in a crowded exhibition hall or a packed dance floor.

Step 03

Everyone finds their own photos

A guest scans a QR code or opens a link, takes one selfie, and sees only their own photos. No app, no account, and they can search again whenever new photos are added.

Common questions

What Dubai organisers ask

Does it work for a beachfront wedding?
Yes. The same AI face matching works outdoors and indoors, across a ceremony, a reception and any function in between, whatever the venue. A beachfront ceremony, a desert henna night and a five-star hotel reception can each have their own album, so guests browse one function at a time instead of one long mixed gallery.
How does race photo search work for the Dubai Marathon?
Runners find their photos with one selfie, the same as any guest crossing the finish line. An organiser can also switch on race number search for an album, which reads a bib number on a runner whose face is also visible in that same photo, so a runner can search either way without waiting for a results-day photo portal.
Is there Arabic support for Dubai's mixed guest lists?
Yes. The guest page can be set to English, Arabic, or to follow each guest's own phone language, with a genuine right-to-left layout for Arabic rather than a translated overlay. That matters on a Dubai guest list, which usually mixes Emirati families, the wider GCC and an international workforce all reading the same event page.
Is there on-site support in Dubai?
For flagship events, on-site support can be arranged to help with setup and to be on hand during the event itself. Smaller events run entirely without it: the organiser or their photographer uploads photos and the platform handles matching and delivery on its own, with no on-site team required.
What does it cost for a Dubai event?
There's a free plan with unlimited events and 300 photos a month, no card needed. Paid plans start from $99 a month with unlimited photos under a fair usage policy, whether the event is a boardroom dinner or a marathon with thousands of runners. See pricing for the full breakdown.
