What it does for you

Nothing is visible until
you decide it should be.

Not every gallery is meant for everyone, and not every gallery is meant to go live the moment the first photo lands. These are the controls that make that true.

Publish on your own schedule

The event stays unpublished until you say otherwise, on a switch you flip yourself or a date and time you set in advance.

Public, private, or opened with a PIN, album by album

Choose each album's access when you create it: visible to every guest, kept for you alone, or opened only for a guest who enters the PIN you share.

Decide who gets in, and review what guests add

Ask guests to register or check them against a pre-approved list before they see anything, and turn on approval so photos guests upload wait for your review first.

How it works for you

You set the walls; the
gallery stays behind them.

Privacy here is a setting you choose once per event and per album, not something guests can work around. Here is what changes on each side.

For you, the organiser

Step 01

Build the gallery in private

Upload and organise photos while the event stays unpublished. Nothing is visible to a guest yet.

Step 02

Publish when you are ready

Flip the switch yourself, or set a date and time in advance so the event goes public on schedule without you at a screen.

Step 03

Set access album by album, and event-wide

Mark each album public, private, or secret behind a PIN, and add registration, a pre-approved guest list or an event PIN across the whole gallery.

For your guests

Step 01

Guests reach the event once it unlocks

By link or QR code, once you have published the event or shared the PIN that opens it.

Step 02

They register or wait for approval, if you ask for it

Where registration or a guest list is required, guests sign in or wait to be approved before they see photos.

Step 03

They find their own photos with a selfie

Once the gallery, or the album, is open to them, a selfie brings up the photos they are in.

Where it fits

Privacy matters most where
not every photo is for everyone.

Common questions

Privacy questions organisers ask us.

Can I keep the whole event hidden until I am ready to share it?

Yes. The event stays unpublished until you publish it, either with a switch or at a date and time you schedule in advance.

Can some albums stay private while others are open to everyone?

Yes. Each album is set to public, private, or secret when it is created. A secret album only opens for a guest who enters the PIN you give them.

Can I put a PIN on the whole gallery, not just one album?

Yes. An event PIN of 4 to 8 digits protects the whole event: the event page itself stays visible, and the PIN is what protects the photos. An event PIN and secret albums are not used together on one event.

Can I control who is allowed to see the gallery at all?

Yes. You can require guests to register before viewing photos, or restrict access to a pre-approved guest list.

Can I check photos before guests see them?

Yes, if you turn on approval for guest uploads. Photos guests add themselves wait for your review before they appear.

Do guests need an account or an app to open a private gallery?

No. Guests open the event page by link or QR code and find their photos with a selfie, in English or Arabic, with no app to install.
