Set up your event
Create your event in the dashboard, upload your guest list or enable open registration and set your branding - logo, colours and welcome message. No training required.
Share the QR code
Generate a QR code for your event. Print it on table cards, display it on welcome screens or include it in the pre-event email. One QR code covers all guests - no individual codes or links to manage.
Guests register with a selfie
Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera. No app to download, no account to create. They take a quick selfie (or upload a photo from their camera roll) and they're registered. The selfie is how the AI knows which photos belong to them.
Photographer uploads
During or after the event, your photographer uploads photos directly to the Eventiere dashboard. Drag-and-drop or folder sync. No resizing, no renaming, no folder structure required. The platform handles originals at full resolution.
AI matching runs automatically
Once photos are uploaded, Eventiere's AI processes every image - identifying every face in every photo - and matches each image to the registered guests who appear in it. No manual review required.
Guests receive their gallery
Each guest receives an email or WhatsApp message with a link to their personal photo gallery - beautifully branded with your event's identity. They can download their photos or share them directly to social media.

Face matching for real events
A guest's selfie is compared with the faces in your event's photos, and is used only to find that guest's own photos. A visible face is usually found, even in low light or with a cap or glasses. A face that is hidden cannot be matched.

Privacy by design
Biometric face data is used only to match guests to their own photos. Organisers control their event's photos and people, and can hide or remove them at any time.
