Event photo delivery
across all seven emirates.
From a leadership summit in Dubai to a ministry event in Abu Dhabi to a cultural festival in Sharjah, Eventiere gives every guest a personal photo gallery from one selfie. It runs on the same AI photo distribution platform, in Arabic and English, whichever emirate the event is in, so an organiser running events in more than one city is not learning a new tool at every stop. Guests become your event's loudest advocates: they announce they're coming with an I'm attending card, then share their photos with your branding and your sponsors on them.
A federal country
with seven different event calendars.
Six of the seven emirates formed the union on 2 December 1971; Ras Al Khaimah joined two months later, completing the seven. National Day, every 2 December, is one of the country's two biggest occasions alongside Eid al-Fitr, and both fill event calendars in every emirate at once. Beyond those two shared dates, each emirate runs its own separate season: Dubai and Abu Dhabi carry the country's largest conferences and exhibitions, Sharjah carries its cultural calendar, and Ajman carries a smaller, family-facing one. An organiser or agency working nationally is really working across several different event markets under one flag, not one market with several branches.
One account for every emirate
A corporate team or agency running a roadshow across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah in one trip manages every stop from the same account, instead of a different tool for each city.
Arabic and English, done properly
A UAE guest list usually mixes Emirati families, the wider GCC and an international workforce. The guest page is genuinely available in Arabic, with a right-to-left layout rather than a translated overlay, alongside English, and each event can be set to open in whichever language its guests expect.
Every event stays its own
Each event keeps its own branding, its own guest list and its own privacy settings, even when several events across different emirates sit under one account, so a private family celebration and a public exhibition never share a gallery.
Four emirates,
four kinds of event.
Each emirate has its own event calendar and its own kind of occasion, so the platform is built to fit each one rather than treat the whole country as one market.
Dubai
Financial centre summits, large-scale exhibitions and five-star hotel galas, plus the city's own marathon. The UAE's international conference hub.
Abu Dhabi
Government and ministerial events, the capital's own exhibition centre, and its coastal marathon. The seat of the federal government.
Sharjah
The UAE's cultural capital: book fairs, festivals, and family and community occasions built around Arabic-speaking audiences.
Ajman
Free-zone corporate days, beachfront resort weddings and family celebrations, on a smaller, more personal scale.
The same three steps,
in any emirate.
Upload the event's photos
Your photographer or your own team uploads the event's photos to Eventiere, from any device or by importing a shared drive folder.
AI matches every guest
Face recognition finds every guest across every photo, so nobody has to scroll through an album looking for themselves.
Guests open their own gallery
A guest scans a QR code or opens a link, takes one selfie, and sees only their own photos. No app, no account, and they can search again any time newer photos are added.
Built for events that need
a guest list, not an open door.
Ministries, embassies and large corporates running events anywhere in the UAE often need attendees registered in advance, not an open link handed out freely, and photos from a sensitive session kept away from a public gallery. Eventiere covers both without a separate system: registration and check-in collects and verifies a guest list before the day, and private galleries keep a function, a delegation photo or a closed session visible only to the people invited to it. The public parts of the same event, like a keynote stage or a group photo, sit in an ordinary gallery next to it.
