What it does for you

A gallery that looks like
you built it yourself.

Guests judge an event by the page they land on. These are the pieces that make that page, and every photo on it, carry your name rather than a generic one.

Your look on every guest page

Choose a banner design from the set on offer or upload your own, then add your logo and colours. The page guests open carries your look from the first visit to the last download.

Photo frames guests notice

Your logo in the corners and a strip carrying the event name, date and sponsors, set on the photos themselves. Frames are arranged on request as part of higher plans.

A watermark, and a domain that is yours

A custom watermark on the photos, and white label galleries on your own or your client's domain, are also arranged on request as part of higher plans.

How it works for you

Set it once, and every
photo carries it.

Branding is something you set up in the workspace, not something guests configure one photo at a time. Here is what changes on each side.

For you, the organiser

Step 01

Pick your banner and colours

Choose a banner design from the set on offer or upload your own, add your logo, and set the colours guests see across the page.

Step 02

Ask about frames, watermark and white label

Photo frames, a custom watermark and a white label gallery on your own domain are arranged on request as part of higher plans.

Step 03

Publish, and the branding follows

Once your branding is set, every album and every photo on the event page carries it, with no extra step needed per photo.

For your guests

Step 01

Guests open your event page

By link or QR code, with no app to install, guests land on a page that already looks like your event, not a generic gallery.

Step 02

They find their photos with a selfie

A quick selfie brings up the photos they are in, already carrying your banner, logo and colours around them.

Step 03

Every photo they keep carries your branding

Downloaded or shared photos carry the frame and watermark you set, wherever the guest sends them next.

Where it fits

Branding matters most where
your name is the reason people came.

Common questions

Branding questions organisers ask us.

What comes with branding by default?

Every event page carries your banner, a design you choose or one you upload, your logo and your colours. Photo frames, a custom watermark and white label galleries are arranged on request as part of higher plans.

What exactly is a photo frame?

A frame places your logo in the corners of the photo and a strip carrying the event name, date and sponsors, so the branding sits on the photo itself and not only on the gallery page.

Can sponsors appear in the frame alongside our own name?

Yes. The strip can carry sponsor names alongside the event name and date, so a shared photo still shows who supported the event.

Can we use our own domain for the gallery?

White label galleries on your own or your client's domain are arranged on request as part of higher plans.

Do guests need to install anything to see the branded page?

No. Guests open the event page by link or QR code and find their photos with a selfie. There is nothing to download.
