Unlimited means no cap on photos per event, per month or in total, and no per-photo, per-guest or per-download charge. The policy exists for the rare account whose usage is far beyond what events of its size produce, or that uses the platform as general file storage. In that case we contact you first and agree a way forward. We never remove photos or close a gallery under this policy without telling you in advance.
