From the racetrack to the ballroom -
photo delivery for every Bahrain event.
Bahrain's events move between two very different rooms in the same week: a hospitality suite trackside at Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir, and a ballroom at a five-star hotel in Manama's financial district. Eventiere delivers every guest their own photo gallery automatically, whichever room they were in. It runs on the same AI photo distribution platform built for events of any size across the Gulf: a photographer uploads once, and every guest finds their own photos with one selfie, no app and no account. A guest who wants to tell people they're coming can share an I'm attending card carrying your branding, then share their own photos afterwards with your sponsors on them.
From the circuit at Sakhir
to the towers in Manama.
Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir has hosted Formula 1 racing since 2004, and its calendar of hospitality suites, team functions and fan activations is one of the country's biggest annual draws for international visitors. In Manama, the twin towers of Bahrain World Trade Center sit at the centre of a financial district that runs its own year-round calendar of investment forums and banking conferences. Between the two sits Bahrain National Day on 16 December, marking the 1961 coronation of the country's first Emir with public celebrations across the capital - the single biggest date on the country's social calendar, and a natural anchor for a corporate National Day event too.
Motorsport hospitality
A trackside suite is judged on what happens after the last photo is taken. Every guest in the paddock, whatever language they read in, gets their own gallery from one selfie, with no manual sorting afterwards.
Investment forums and banking conferences
Manama's financial district runs a year-round calendar of summits and forums drawing delegates from across the Gulf and beyond. A branded guest page and a QR code on the registration desk is the whole setup.
National Day and public celebrations
16 December brings the country's biggest public gatherings of the year. One event page can hold years of celebrations as separate albums under a single gallery, or serve one day's crowd at any scale.
Bahraini weddings, told in
more than one album.
A Bahraini wedding is rarely one event. Multi-day celebrations with separate men's and women's receptions are common across the Gulf, each with its own guest list, its own photographer and often its own venue - a five-star hotel ballroom in Manama, a majlis, or a private garden. Eventiere holds the whole celebration as one event with a separate album for each function, so a guest browses one reception at a time instead of scrolling through someone else's evening. See how this fits the day-to-day of a wedding photographer's workflow in general.
One event, every function
Mehndi night, men's reception, women's reception, the couple's own celebration: give each its own album under one event, so guests browse one function at a time.
Some photos stay private
Set an album to private so it's for your team only, or secret behind a short code shared with just the people it's meant for.
Arabic and English, one link
Where the two families read different languages, the guest page can follow each guest's own phone language, so there's no separate link to send out for each side.
Banking, capital markets and
aviation, on one photo platform.
Bahrain's corporate calendar runs on banking and capital markets events in Manama, industrial and government functions, and an aviation sector anchored by Gulf Air, headquartered in Muharraq. Sponsors in this market pay premium rates and expect real numbers back: event analytics show what guests opened, searched, downloaded and shared, giving your commercial team something to bring to the next renewal conversation. See how the mechanism works in general on the corporate events page.
International delegates, one link
Banking summits and investment forums draw delegates from across Europe, Asia and the Gulf alongside local guests. Everyone finds their own photos from the same link, in their own language.
Guest privacy where it matters
Keep a reception or a boardroom session to a private album, and put your own branding and watermark on every photo that does go out to guests.
Numbers for the next renewal
Post-event counts of opens, searches, downloads and shares give a sponsor conversation something concrete to point to, without any extra work on the day.
Upload once. Every guest
finds their own photos.
Photos are uploaded
Your photographer, or your own team, uploads the event's photos as they come in, whether that's a hundred or several thousand.
A guest takes a selfie
Guests open the event page from a QR code or a link and take a selfie in their phone's browser. Some events ask for an email code first.
Their gallery appears
Every photo a guest is in, from any album they can see, is ready in their own gallery. See how it works in full on the selfie search page.
What happens to a guest's face data.
Face data is used only to match a guest to their own photos, and it's never sent to a third-party AI service - matching runs on Eventiere's own servers. Organisers can hide or remove any photo, or any grouped person, from the gallery at any time. The platform is built with GDPR and Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law in mind, and a data handling agreement is available on request for procurement and government clients.
