The Challenge

Picture a luxury car brand launching a new model across the UAE with a flagship unveiling event for dealers, media, influencers and VIP clients. The marketing team would like every guest to leave the evening with professional photos they can share on social media.

A common way to share event photos is a shared folder link sent by email some days later. By then the moment has passed, and guests have to scroll through a whole gallery to find their own photos. The team wants guests to find their photos easily, without installing an app or working through a complicated gallery page.

Every page a guest sees also needs to carry the brand's look: a dark theme, the logo and the brand's colours, so the brand is consistent at every touchpoint.

The Solution

Guests reach the event page from a QR code at the venue entrance, in their phone's browser. The page carries the brand's logo and colours, with a dark theme, as the organiser sets them. A guest takes one selfie and nothing needs to be installed.

Photographers upload to the event's albums during the evening, covering the vehicle reveal, the reception and the networking areas. Eventiere finds the photos each guest appears in and gathers them into a personal gallery, and a guest can search again to see photos added since.

When a guest's photos are found, the link can be sent by WhatsApp or by email. The link opens the guest's own gallery in the browser, with no app to install.

What the organiser sees

In this example the marketing team sees simple counts in the event's analytics: how many guests opened the page, how many searched for their photos, and how many photos were downloaded or shared. They are counts of activity, not lists of names.

Because each gallery is an ordinary web page, guests can share the photos they like on their own social profiles, straight from their phone.

For the brand, the difference from a shared folder is that the guest page looks like the brand and each guest sees only their own photos, rather than a whole album to sort through.
