Fair usage policy

Paid Eventiere plans include unlimited photos. This page says what unlimited means and where the line is, so there are no surprises.

What unlimited means

• No cap on photos per event, per month or in total on a paid plan.
• No per-photo, per-guest or per-download charge.
• Unlimited events and albums.

What it is for

Photos from events you organise or photograph, uploaded so your guests and clients can find, view and download them.

What it does not cover

• Using an account as general file storage or a backup service.
• Automated or scripted bulk uploads of material unrelated to your events.
• Reselling storage or access to third parties.
• Uploads that break our Terms of Service or the law.

How we apply it

Usage far beyond what events of your size normally produce may be reviewed. If that happens we contact you first, discuss what you need and agree a way forward, which may include an enterprise plan. We never remove your photos or close a gallery under this policy without telling you in advance.
