Every decision we make comes back to one question - did the guest get their photo?
We kept seeing the same thing at every event. A photographer shoots thousands of beautiful photos. The organiser collects them on a USB drive or uploads them to a Google Drive folder. A WeTransfer link goes out in an email. And then - nothing. Guests never open it.
The data is clear: if guests don't receive their photos the same night, engagement drops by 80%. By the next morning, the moment has passed. The excitement fades. That Google Drive link sits unopened in someone's inbox forever.
Everyone in this space was building tools for photographers - better galleries, faster uploads, smarter culling. Nobody was asking the question that actually matters: did the guest get their photo? We built Eventiere to answer that question.
The best photo in the world is worthless if the person in it never sees it.
Think about the maths. A 500-person event with 3,000 photos means 1.5 million possible face-to-photo matches. A team of people doing this manually would take days. And they'd still make mistakes.
AI face matching does in seconds what would take a human team an entire week. We process every photo, detect every face and match it to the right guest - automatically, in real time, as photos are uploaded.
But here's what matters most: the AI is invisible. Guests don't see algorithms or confidence scores. They take a selfie and their photos appear. That's it. They don't need to know how it works - and they shouldn't have to.
The best technology disappears. Guests just take a selfie and see their photos.
Every app download is a barrier. At a wedding reception or a corporate gala, nobody wants to pause what they're doing to find the App Store, download an app, create an account and grant camera permissions. Most people simply won't do it.
QR code. Browser. Selfie. Photos. That's the entire flow. Four steps, zero friction. It works on any phone, any browser, in any country. No sign-up, no password, no app permissions to manage.
We made this choice early and we've never looked back. Removing the app download requirement changed everything about our delivery rates. When there's nothing to install, people actually use it.
If your solution requires a download, you've already lost half your guests.
We use facial recognition to match photos. That's a responsibility we take seriously. Face data is processed, matched and deleted. We don't build facial recognition databases. We don't store biometric data after matching completes.
Guests control their own data. They can request deletion at any time and we honour that immediately - no forms, no waiting periods, no fine print.
We designed Eventiere to be GDPR, UAE PDPL and India DPDPA compliant by design - not as a checkbox we added later. Privacy isn't a feature we bolt on. It's a constraint we build within.
We'd rather lose a feature than compromise on privacy. That's not a marketing line. It's a rule we've enforced more than once.
We'd rather lose a feature than compromise on privacy.
We don't replace photographers. We make their work reach more people. A photographer's job is to capture the moment. Our job is to make sure every guest actually receives it.
The workflow is simple: photographers upload, we handle delivery. They focus on shooting, not on file sharing, not on building download pages, not on chasing guests for email addresses.
White-label means the photographer's brand stays front and center. Guests see the photographer's logo, the photographer's colours, the photographer's name. Eventiere runs invisibly in the background.
And here's something photographers tell us all the time: they charge more when they offer AI delivery as part of their package. It's not a cost - it's a revenue upgrade.
